All new guitar sales are by written contract, clearly stating the specifications and details chosen by Artist/Customer and a copy is provided to the customer as a written agreement to produce the instrument requested at the price quoted, avoiding any misunderstandings. The Artist/Customer is interviewed by the luthier to determine specifications, details, and choices.A 50% deposit is required prior to beginning work on any instrument. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. All balances are due prior to delivery of instruments. Unless otherwise specified in writing, all funds are cash or cashier's checks. Customer is responsible for all packing and shipping charges and may choose from UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or FEDEX Overnight Service. Customer pick-up is highly desirable and every effort will be made to accommodate a customer's schedule to allow for personal delivery of instruments.
